Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cbabji ("cbabji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://cbabji.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital products operated under the cbabji brand.
By completing the cbabji account registration process, by accessing any part of the cbabji platform after registration, or by placing any bet or wager through the cbabji platform, you irrevocably confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full. - Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh. Persons who are under a legal disability or who have been declared legally incapable of entering contracts are not permitted to use the cbabji platform.
- Personal use: You must be registering and using the cbabji account solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party. Using the cbabji platform in any commercial capacity without prior written authorisation from cbabji is strictly prohibited.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangement with cbabji or any other gaming platform at the time of registration or any subsequent login. If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on cbabji, you must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period.
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
cbabji takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. If cbabji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player may be under the age of 18, cbabji reserves the right to suspend the account and require documentary age verification before reinstating access. Deposits made by an underage player are non-refundable where fraud or deliberate misrepresentation of age is confirmed.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of cbabji platform services, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. All fields in the registration form must be completed truthfully.
One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active cbabji account at any time. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cbabji will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and may retain any balances pending investigation.

KYC Verification: cbabji applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a national identity card or passport) and proof of your registered payment method before your first withdrawal is processed or when cbabji determines that verification is appropriate. Failure to complete the KYC process within the time requested by cbabji may result in a hold being placed on your withdrawal pending verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit at cbabji is ৳200. Player Funds: cbabji maintains player funds separately from operational funds. Your cbabji account balance represents real money held on your behalf and is not used for cbabji's operational expenses. Funds deposited to cbabji are not considered to be an investment, and cbabji does not pay interest on account balances.
Bonuses & Promotions
cbabji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cricket betting enhanced odds, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. - Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirements. - One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active in a cbabji account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
- Abuse prevention: cbabji employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated betting to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other strategy designed to exploit the bonus system. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and any associated bonus winnings voided.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the cbabji platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cbabji platform:

Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cbabji platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of cbabji or its licensors (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon receiving a valid account closure request, cbabji will process any verified pending withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the account. Closure requests made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion are processed with particular urgency.
Suspension or Closure by cbabji: cbabji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
- Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the time period specified by cbabji.
- Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment processing partners.
- At cbabji's sole discretion where continued operation of the account poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk to the platform.
Where an account is suspended or closed by cbabji due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, cbabji reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Dormant Accounts: A cbabji account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cbabji may apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after this period, as detailed in the platform's fee schedule. Players are encouraged to contact cbabji support to reactivate a dormant account if they wish to continue using the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbabji expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — relating to the cbabji platform and its services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
cbabji does not warrant or guarantee that:
- The cbabji platform will be available continuously or without interruption, error, or delay.
- Any specific game or betting market will remain available at any given time.
- The results of games or sports events will be favourable to any particular player.
- The cbabji platform will be entirely free from software errors, security vulnerabilities, or third-party interference.
In no event shall cbabji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the cbabji platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other financial loss, even if cbabji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cbabji's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or from the use of the cbabji platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their cbabji account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes cbabji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Amendments & Governing Law
Amendments: cbabji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cbabji will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the cbabji platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the cbabji platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
